Step 1: What to recognize
For your recognition to make an impact, it needs to reinforce behaviors that support your organization’s goals or values. Review your goals and identify what employee behaviors can contribute to achieving those goals. For example, if one of your goals is customer service, behaviors like correcting a customer problem or receiving positive customer feedback should be rewarded. Step 2: How to recognize
